DEPOSITS:
All appointments, regardless of the type of service, require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointment.
If any changes need to be made to your original booking, a new deposit must be paid to secure the new appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our salon requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day, or “no call no shows†are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We do send out a confirmation/reminder text message and email 4 days before your scheduled service and an email the day you booked the appointment.
TARDINESS
If you are running late to your appointment, please call the salon or reach out to your stylist directly.
If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled service time, you are subject to forfeit your service and pay our same day cancellation fee or offered a different service upon the stylists discretion.
